Horizontal Lines On Copy And Scan In Mp5002

Good evening
I have a Ricoh 5002 which has horizontal lines at 2mm from the sheet being copied and scanned. The printer has the new pcu, so I exclude both.
The problem in the prints does not occur.
What is an optical problem?
I enclose a photo of the defect.
Any suggestions for solving the problem are well accepted

so this is a copy of the count page? from glass and/or df? have you cleaned optics?
