SC 681-01, SC-144 (MP C2551)

The client said that there was a paper jam in the machine. After he removed the paper jam, the machine shown an error SC 681-01. I checked the description of the error and it is related to RFID. I asked the client to give me new set of toner. I cleaned the toner hopper, checked the PCUs condition and replaced all the toner but the error stays the same. I checked the RFID controller for any toner spillage but it is clean. I reseat all the connectors but still the same problem. When I let the front door open , SC 144 is appearing. When I close the front door SC 681-01, shift tray error (but the machine has no shift tray) and fusing is set incorrectly are appearing. I also performed software reset but still same problem. Any ideas?

Do you think there is a problem in the power supply unit or BICU?

you got too many different things going on..
i would check sc history,customers lie a lot and maybe this machine has done this before..
i wouls pull out all drums n toner and see if anything changes
