MP7500 displaying SC440, main motor overload error. The machine starts to display the error in output check mode (SP5804-028) as well even if drum unit and transfer units are removed. Transfer waster toner pipe is also clean and spiral rotates freely. drum and transfer belt rotate freely and nothing is stuck.

The waste toner collection unit for the transfer belt unit is also driven by the main motor. There are also gears/idlers that could be binding.

You try to check its mechanical operation in the back of the machine. I have experienced similar damage due to transmission gear on the back of the machine attached to the motor.
