1045 stand up finisher

Finisher won't power on. I brought it back to the shop and plugged it into another machine and it came on.

What in the machine would make the finisher not come on?

When you got back to the shop what did you plug it into.
Not all finishers will fit to all machines. Which model finisher are you trying to fit to the 1045?

The machine in the field is a 1045 the one in the shop is a 1035.

It just doesn't fire up at the customers office. It had been working fine for months.

Check FU2 on the PSU. It is a 6.3A that goes to the finisher.
