    image qulity problem in proc9110

    hi all

    have a good day

    i have problem with this machine proc9110 the problem with quality its the image not cleaning some time the face papee and some time the back of paper

    i replaced the cleaning blade @ cleaning bar & brush roller and its same problem

    note : the page counter is 400K....and i note there is some toner filing in the ptr (separation unit ) ..please see the attachment file test

    any one can help me

      I am thinking the ITB cleaning unit or belt. Also the fusing unit as it is almost at PM count for the cleaning web. Even though the page counter is a little less than half the PM interval of 900K for everything except the web, if the Pro C9110 is running a high percentage of A3 paper and or low pages per job average, the distance parts counts could be nearing PM level. Also, considering that this model is recommended to do just under 250K a month, this machine is highly under utilized. An under utilized machine usually needs more frequent maintenance.

          thanks for your responding ...and i understood your point ... but now i want your recommender and your instruction to solved problem

          what is the action shall i do to solve it ??

              I would start with the cleaning web. Also check the surface of the fusing belt.

                  The trouble with the cleaning unit of PTR and/or the surface of rollers inside PTR belt.
                  Clean the surface of rollers and replace the cleaning blade.
                  This is the regular issue on Andromeda, period 400-500k.
