MP7502 has trouble accessing user tools and spmode

I have a problem with the mp7502, it still works normally. But I can not access user tools or spmode to delete or check for errors. It seems to be frozen even though the toolbars in user tools and spmodes are displayed, only the headline when I select a feature in user tools or spmode without going inside.
Have you ever had this problem?

Check with the customers IT department if they switched on Service Mode Lock.

Are the keys working ok? Perhaps some keys don't
If so replace dip switch

Their IT may have also changed administer credentials for User Tools. Does the account happen to be a government agency?

Service Mode Lock is not enabled before, access spmode only see system sp - Fax sp - Printer sp - Scanner sp, but not in. It was as if it were frozen there.
In the same user tools, enter and see the system settings - copier - printer - scanner ... but can not see inside, it stops there but can not access any item, except to see Counter.

Have you trieed disconnecting the HD then access the SP mode..
