    [Error Code] C5200 Ricoh SC665-04

    Today I got a call SC6650-04
    Customer said it only happens when running heavy paper (weight 8) out of LCT. I up dated all firmware SR4130 finisher and all firmware in C5200. I seen this happen 2 times while on site. After running a duplex 13x19 200 set job. 175 in to the 200 job it error SC665-04. Ran out of time this evening but heading back in morning.

    Anyone seen it.

      Man what a tuff one. Replaced IOB, IBUC. Have a line monitor on it now for wall power. When this happens it comes up with "Set waste toner bottle Correctly" and "Reduce paper in tray1 to limit mark or reset it correctly"

          Someone on our team has just had the same fault. Apparently the BICU cage was swung open to it's fullest extent and the fault went away, I'm guessing a pinched harness.
          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.

              I've replaced the harnes from IBCU To IPB. From IOB to PFB. No help. Have on order. PFB board.

                          A lot of the current batch of junior members, few older techs, are not polite enough to post what corrected the problem if it has been corrected.

                          It is also extremely rude to ask such a question of a thread that is as old as this one.
