customer file excample got 5 page document , 2 page colour 3 page B&W , when customer go to printer properties select COLOUR then print out document , I check the counter to find 5 page document all count to COLOUR meter, is it Ricoh machine cannot auto count like 2 page colour at colour meter and 3 page B&W at B&W meter , is it wrong install printer driver ? my customer use Window 10 , any solution , Thanks.

Most likely the wrong driver. You should either the Ricoh PCL6 or PCL5c driver. Do not use the Microsoft Ricoh Class driver or any Universal driver.
Also check the document. There only needs to be one color pixel on a page for the page to be counted as color, this includes headers and footers.
