    Problem in ricoh c232

    Problem in ricoh sp c232sf

A replace print cartridge message appears

The printer counter allows you to print a certain number of copies and then exits this message even though there is ink in the printer

Do you have a solution to this problem or is there a program where you can stop the printer counter?

Is that machine using OEM (supplies bought from Ricoh) or aftermarket (supplies bought from any other source)? Please be honest as it makes a big difference.

What do you mean "even though there is ink in the printer"?
What are the toner levels? provide a supplies status page - and don't just tell us that 'there should be toner because they're not that old' or something foolish.
Frankly, it's a crappy little unit, and when the chip detects the cartridges has run the expected amount of pages, you have no choice but to replace the ridiculously expensive AIO cartridge. Period.

No, they are a one shot job, once expired you have to pay your money to get new ones.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
