adf 3030 (mpc2800 mpc2550). Pick up roller stays down

    Hello,
After i replaced the left hinge some 1,5K (DF count) ago, now the pick up roller stays down.
When i perform an output check on the "transport motor forward" (sp6-008-005) the original stopper fingers (5) goes up and down very quickly...
Strange is that it worked fine for a while...

    Anyone has a cleu?

Take the back cover off. There's a solenoid in the back that has two actuators connected to it, one white, one black. One of those will have come off.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I think that some junior tech did not reassemble the feed shoe properly.

It refers to the assembly that holds the pick up roller and feed belt. If it is not assembled correctly, it will not properly follow the the lift cam.

              Slims:
The shoe is fitted like a glove: it is positioned correct.
Even without the original feed in unit (shoe?) the original stoppers go "tak tak tak"; up down - up down, realy fast!
I'm thinking perhaps the DF main board has a failure.

                Got it:

The black/white plastic levers/actuators (rear) are tensioned with a black spring (vertical).
Also the duplex juncion gate plate (rear) is tensioned with a black spring (horizontal).
                Don't mix up those springs...
