2045e blank screen in fax mode

    2045e blank screen in fax mode

    The fax mode quit working on this unit . I am not getting any error messages
    and the display is completely blank. any ideas?

      I would probably start by removing and reinstalling the fax module.

          I have already done that .and all connectors and boards
