Scan to folder A 2027

Hi, I need your support for config. scan to folder. I have Ricoh A2027 with scan option and I ask you how I must configurate a copier and my computer for scaning to folder. I have network with static IP for both machine. OS is Win XP.

first create a shared folder on the server or pc you want the scans to go.
then (make note the computer name and path).
sharing tab
give everyone full control (under the permissions button).
on the copier push the scanner button select the folder tab.
select manual entry. enter the computer name or static ip address of the pc that has the shared folder. hit browse network it will then ask you for a user name and password. then follow the path to your shared folder then hit ok.
then hit program destination slect the names button
enter a name as you would like it to appear on the button
click ok to return to scanner screen.
