Has a message on it please wait, its hook up as a fax but i cannot clear it.

Faulty HDD probably.
Unplug the HDD and power on, if the machine gets pass 'please wait' then you know for sure.- Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.

I upluged the machine removed the fax line and the cat 5 cable, power back on it cleared so i hooked each one up again and power on and
it seems to be working,i can print and fax with no problems so i
will wait and see if the problem comes back.Comment
