after only 8 copies this error appear
i clean transfer belt and id sensors
but no way to fix this error

Black toner supply is defective or exceeding extreme toner scattering causing the ID sensor to get coated quickly. There is a laundry list of service bulletins on the toner scattering with this model, also called a toner belching beast. There is also a potential for toner transport tubes in the toner hopper to get clogged.
Has someone swapped a development unit with another machine without Service Programs 3010-1 through 4, 3011-1 through 4, 3012-1 through 4 and 3013-1 through 4 have not being updated.
Once all potential problems have corrected and all patches and adjustments in bulletins have applied, start with fresh developer and apply the settings in the attached.

I did not say to replace anything. I asked if someone had done so without making the proper SP changes. Did you check the numbers on the paper attached to the front of the DVU against the numbers in SP? If not, do so or you will never get this machine running. Then download, read and apply all applicable bulletins.

When you don't do exactly what the serv.man. instructions tell you to do about changing developer, you will get al kind of troubles...
