Pro 5210s new out of the box with banding 2" apart only on black

This is a brand new Pro 5210s that can make a great color image that appears ok. The colors are all fine, but the banding becomes very evident on gray halftones with 2" spacing. i have attached a picture of the K75 test pattern and a sky shot. I performed dems a second time for black and inspected the k charge roller with no anomalies. At this time, I will check the k transfer roller, thinking it may be 2" in circumference. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, since this machine needs to be delivered.

I did not load paper library data, but I have changed paper type to a thicker and textured type with an improvement in density although the banding remained. DEMS was done and interestingly the results were 11111311 yet I have no problem with the magenta quality. I decided to order another k development unit since the diameter of the mag roller is closest to 2".
