Mpc4503 white stripes on yellow print

Hello i have a strange problem with a Mpc4503... If we print in full color there is a white stripe in the middle of the paper, turned out to be the yellow development unit, tried to clean the doctor blade with my tool but nothing. Swapped the yellow development unit from another machine..... And i have exact the same problem!...... At this point my question.... Can i be an electrical related problem? Or is this a known issue on this machines that the development units have this kind of problem? The laser protection glasses are clean...

Clumped toner or contaminant in development unit causing void line on mag roller! Separate drum & dev units, rotate mag roller, look for toner void line. Use a piece of mylar to breakup/release contaminant. Keep rotating & cleaning until void is gone. [emoji41]
