Did anyone try to use any of this? Was it easy enough to follow or anything I should add to the list.

Great resources you've posted here! I have many of these on my laptop and even keep a few of them on my jump drive, just so I know I always have them.

Another great resource is a file I found on Savin Souths Document Mall account. Since this is from the Savin South Solutions Development Group, you have to ask one of them for access to the account. They used to do weekly WebEx conferences, but that sadly ended several months ago. Actually, the power points for all the conference calls they did are still up on the account.

Awesome info in there. Nothing I could post here, because 90% of it is dealing with network issues or solutions directly related with Ricoh equipment. The name of the file Charleston and it contains two hugh powerpoint presentations along with a ton of PDF's, Word Docs, packet captures and the like. Basically, it covers everything from using basic command line utilies, such as PING etc..., capturing PCL data streams to installing PDL filters and how to us the Tray Parameters Settings found in WIM of all new machines. If you can get your hands on that file, you will have just about everything you need to troubleshoot/figure out any problem that you might come across. I refer to it alot!

Thank you for the PDFs! I will pass them along to my hardware guys so they have something to reference when they are out in the field (helps so I don't get a call every time something happens ).

Too bad I am not in the South. Would you think that I would still be able to gain access to their document mall account?

Not sure. You could possibly make contact your regional SDG and find that they have the same info. Speaking of this though, I referenced the file I spoke of today and found that I gave the long title of the file. The title is actually Connectivity Nuts & Bolts.

                      Great post

Thanks for the post, the fellas should be able to reference this to help with scan to folder and email installs.
I noticed you used a color copier for the pictures in the pdf, what model did you use?
