If he had a large amount of toner in the tray that he had to clean out, I wonder if he had the old toner valve stuck in the chuck? I see this frequently. Correction. thanks for noticing slim, not many of us out here. and yes had a lot of toner in the tray in fact going to replace the tray, green handle way too stiff, mach has 182k on it

so are you saying the PCU has 182K on it and has never been changed, because that is the relative question
if it was replaced every 60K then it would appear to be due again
Maybe a silly question, but was the nipple from the OLD toner bottle left behind in the hopper? I've seen that happen a couple of time, so it might be worth a look

I used the "Slang" as you called it because I work on multiple lines... and none of them use the same terminology for everything, so I took a shortcut with the language.
