Have you at least tried the adjustments?

1.User tools, maintenance button, auto color calibration.

    2. Make sure you clean the ID sensors. Then do the Forced line adjustment -- it may solve that color registration issue.

If you have new pcu's installed, clean the laser shields with the blue stick, and run forced line adjustment (c twice, then run a). The magenta development unit looks to have a clump of toner at the doctor blade causing the line, or a clump at the drum cleaning blade. I know you said you replaced the K pcu, but there may be a problem with it if the shield cleaning doesn't get rid of the lines.

Magenta and Black developer looks shot, replace and run the color alignment.

Unneeded parts replacement is no substitute for proper regular maintenance. Everything I see on the color test pattern is due to a lack of maintenance.

            Dear Colleagues,

Good day, following the easy advise first works. Please see attached result after doing the following:
            1. User tools, maintenance button, auto color calibration
            2. If you have new pcu's installed, clean the laser shields with the blue stick

Will check the other advise as well. But seems the result is now fine for the users.

            Thank you as always.

Looks to me like you failed to do step 2 that blazebusiness said to do. If the ID sensor assembly is not properly cleaned or needs to be replaced, auto color calibration will not hold.
