I am a Sharp/ Xerox tech and we are sending a few copiers back on lease return. The customer would like us to wipe the HDD, but is there anything that we should know first. Is there an automated way on a Ricoh and how would we get there. If we have to do it manually, can we just install a blank HDD and it boot up fine.
Models dealing with - MP4002SP, MP301SPF, and MP6002SP. I have not seen the copiers yet, some may not even have HDD.
