Alternative is to log in as supervisor and reset admin password from there...
There is a 3rd option to reset admin and supervisor somewhere in SP but can't remember which one because I have only had to use it once or twice when clever IT guys change all passwords for "security" and get fired or resign without changing it back or at least leaving login details but not sure if that is only on the newer models
i do not understand what went wrong, but at first it would not give me access with "admin"...
When i tried yesterday, it worked fine!
Perhaps i did something wrong, the day before yesterday?
Anyway, thanks kindly for all your help!!!
