Have looked on this site to see if there was a threat, but as far as i can see, there was n't.
Have you seen this model skewing?

The side fences in the paper tray(s) might not be against the paper.

Yes, with all trays.
Slim: Fences ok.
Seems that, when i swap duplex unit with good one, problem is gone...

Have you inspected the Transfer case?
Most likely it doesn't have the modified case and is broken.
That would be the reason why you're getting a good result with a different duplex maybe?

It is a new modified PTR...

there are two pressure springs in the transfer case unit that might have become unlatched.
That is why I like parting out old units just to have a "quick fix" in case it is not the normal items to fail..

And the internal black guides? On the main frame. Usually are broken too.

It is a new modified PTR...

There is also the registration roller bushings, B2382675, that the tension springs, B2382676, hook onto to apply pressure between the rollers. I have seen it more on entry level B/W where the hook on the bushing that the spring attaches to breaks off.
