Ricoh Aficio 2032 and Infotec IS2132 - SC955

Please could you verify this:

1.) Are this copiers the same Ricoh Aficio 2032 and Infotec IS2132? (I think yes).
2.) I have error code SC955 and do not have a new firmware - please could you give me link to this firmware? (no FW at internet)
3.) I can not to buy new "original" IPU and controller board Infotec - I can buy it only as a Ricoh spare parts. Do you think this "electronic" boards will work in Infotec copier? (same firmware, same software, ....)

The Ricoh boards should work if they are available. This model is well beyond the guaranteed parts support date. The controller board for the 22ppm, 27ppm and 32 ppm are different, do not get the wrong board. As for firmware, see my reply on this post: Ricoh 2022sp firmware and windows 10
