      The SC relates to either corrupt or Outdated F/W, or defective controller.
      The current F/W versions are easily viewed via the WIM, and you could copy/paste them to this thread and let us advise you just how current it is, but the bottom line is, at a minimum the F/W should be re-installed, and if the issue persists, then most likely you've got a defective controller

        By changed out the PCU do you mean swapped with another machine or installed a new or properly rebuilt (PM) one. SC990 can also indicate a machine that badly in need of a full PM.
