[Error Code] Ricoh MP3351 error code

Good morning everyone. Got a MP3351 giving a SC798-01. Can't find it in the manual anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks.

NOTE: The description for the SC798 was accidentally omitted from the D017/D018/D019/D020 Service
Manual. The revised pages have been attached to this bulletin.
CAUSE:
The Finisher Lift tray is bound up. The finisher tray cannot move freely due to binding or incorrect alignment.
SOLUTION:
Perform the following procedure:
1. Remove the Lift Tray Motor.
2. Let the Lift Tray Motor bottom out.
3. Reinstall the Lift Tray Motor.
