Need help! Did a test run on the photocopier! 3/4 of the A4 sheet is in full black and the 1/4 is in white! Also test config pages are coming out fine! However when I photocopy this page on the platten glass or ADF , discover that the bits of text are missing at the top and not photocopying correctly.

It does uneven printing from the PC as well, ie text is missing from the bottom part of the A4 Sheet of paper?

Any ideas or pointers?

Get a new machine. This line is nothing but problems from a service stand point. I know I'm not the only one who thinks ill of them.

If you're intent on fixing it, start by checking the memory and formatting or replacing the hard drive.

ok. are you a tech or end user?

If your a tech check the paper settings to make sure they are set right, second do a laser test pattern(5-955-1) and pick your pattern.
