Hello,

i have a SPC 352DN with a SC 332- 01

I changed all PCU an checked if the Black Toner Bottle works ( runs ) correct.

Any ideas ?

Add toner by hand to the black PCU. If the unit prints a few pages before the code returns you obviously have an issue with the shutter not opening or a bad toner supply clutch. Not completely sure but I'll bet the toner supply clutches are the same for all 4 colors so maybe you can swap the black clutch for one of the color clutches to diagnose the issue.

Hi Folks,

finally i am happy to inform you,that i already fixed the Problem of this Maschine.

A Plastic-Part (shown in Picture ) blocked the alu-Rail of the open-mechanism of all the

Toner-Bottles ( Position marked with 2 XX ).

I dont now what and where this plastic Part came from..................
