Not yet. We are doing further checking on the copier. We are ordering brand new Fusing Unit from our supplier to replace it. Then, we start from there.
A complete fuser is a bit of a stretch, hot roller, pressure rollers and thermistors definitely, but a whole new fuser?
If the rollers are in good shape, and the machine or fuser has less than 120K on it, then likely all you'll need are the thermistors. Sometimes all they need is a cleaning, but be prepared to replace them.
