    Ricoh MPC35000 SC397 Please help

    Hello Friends, Have a Ricoh MP-C3500 which has an error SC397 suppose to be something about the drum/development motor magenta.Checked out the machine disconnect the harness wires and put back in.When i put the machine back on am getting a message toner cyan not set and drum/developing not set.Can anyone help me with this.

    Check if the SP "New Unit Detection" is on Default (SP-3-90? I think)

    You may have a corrupted TD sensor - that forces trouble of this kind including wrong toner remaining status because these TD sensor PWBs does also contain little ICs wich are used for storing these data stuff.
