weird one with this one. i can copy 2 sided originals fine but when i try to do 2 sided originals when i try to fax and scan it will jam. went thorough and cleaned all the df sensors still no luck. check settings and didn't see any default settings for this unless i missed it. could it be a firmware issue? ideas appreciated. thanks
