[Jamming] Constant random jams displaying j098

Hi guys .
Can anybody help with a ricoh pro c651ex wicth every once in a while jams with no aparent reason displaying the jam code j098.
Cleaned all sensors
double feed detection is off
standard 80 grms paper
landscape format

I would apreciate help.

Have you followed the J098 troubleshooting steps in the service manual?
