    There was a bulletin that the 85s replaced the 90s for standardization. The 85s are cheaper by a little. Can't say if one last longer, they seem to be about the same.

      SO... i realy think you need to be carreful to interchange the rollers;
      you can do so, but at a certain point the unit will "crash itself"...
      This feed unit had 500K on it and i am not shure when the rollers where replaced, but they looked like "new"...
      We bought this machine secondhand via internet, so i don't know the historie...
      It could be normal that the bushins break at 500K ?

        If it is jamming in the paper tray itself AND if the jammed paper is somewhat folded at the height of the pick up roller (sep roller in fact), THEN (than?) i replace all the one ways togheter with the rollers and the rollers stopper.

          The PF clutch of these models are prone to rust and may result into a PJ. Now if the customer doesn't know how to remove the PJs properly, they might end up simply pulling the paper from the feed units while the Feed and Sep rollers are engaged. Then it might/could break the bushings and the torque limiter. IMO
          Aye! Cut the crap
