looking for help wth a part number, not sure if this is it

    hi
I had a mpc2800 where the top of the right side door where there are 6 white guides on each side with 3 white guides in the center
crack and had to get inventive wth my hot glue gun to get it running temp.
I am looking at parts manual and i think it is this number D029-4580. I will provide pic belowmpc2800 top exit.jpg

        Hey Andy,
        That's a really old P/N, but that's it.
Here itr is at Precision- except the new P/N is actually D029-4492.
Ricoh D0294491 (D029-4580) Open / Close Guide Plate, Genuine (M3773)

I remembered seeing a bulletin about duplex jams, and I had to replace a few myself over the years for just the reason described.

Here's the bulletin showing the Guide plate and P/N:

According to the design change list form te parts catalog that I downloaded in 2014, D2029-4492 was replaced by D029-4580 in 2012.

Interesting.....so it's me that has the outdated list . With my limited resources, I was just going by the bulletin I had.

              THANKS
I usually keep a parts unit around but needed space so i took the drums, fuser and ITB unit and tossed the carcass.
Isnt it the case that once you clear space wth an old machine two weeks later you need something you just threw out.

                thanks again
looking at PR site it looks like they show that piece as a unit with the 15 white plastic inserts guides.
IS that correct or is it just a single part?
