Anyone had this error SC565?

New one for us as it does not appear when machine switched on, only when cooling down. Can run 100 prints/copies and more and all works fine but after print has finished within a couple of minutes the error will appear. Old MPC2500. Thought l would check with you guys before we started looking

pressure poller thermostats have had it many times part # AW11-0055

Don't make the mistake of replacing the thermistor and not the thermostat or you will have a call back.
