SP W2470 Won't print/Locks up

Have a Ricoh SP W2470 which will not print. Can move around in the menus but upon choosing a report/test print will lock up and not print. Have tried doing temporary memory clear. Orange light on ethernet port stays on even if not connected. Will try reseating NVRAM and memory. Haven't tried HDD format or NVRAM Reset yet. Any other ideas?

I've had this happen on this series machine and it ended up being the controller. Not saying this is your problem just sharing past experiences.

Try disconnecting the HDD. I have seen corrupted or otherwise 'bad' drives cause similar. If basic functionality is restored (missing functions relying on the HDD of course) then wipe or replace the drive.
