Jamming AP400 Printer

Hi Guys

I've got a AP410 that's jamming intermittently. The paper will come out of the exit halfway with the registration out by about an inch (2-3cm). By out i mean that the image is late on the paper. As if the registration clutch never stopped. I have changed all 3 clutches. I even changed the transfer roller, toner cartridge, fuser unit, paper tray and registration sensor.

Bit out of ideas. Anybody have any?

AP400 jamming

Try dismantelling the guides in front of the registration roller and throughly clean the registration roller. Although I would say its the registration clutch itself. unless you have two faults one at registration sensor or roller and one at the exit sensor. i am not convinced so I will give some more thought and get back if this dose not help.

Thanks, but i solved the problem. It was the registration clutch. The one i replaced first was also faulty. Strange. Had another one today. Looks like quite a common problem on the AP400.
