I know this is an old box, however I have (4) units in the field three do not have HDD's they are all periodically showing sc990's. they are not in the same location.
we have replaced power supply, ram , controllers, firmware and pm'ed them, in addition I have put these units on a ups and have tired putting a network switch in series with the printer. I also set the printers at 10 meg half duplex. Anyone have any other ideas?
