cleaning blade failures in the corona series (mp -54/5)

recently we started having strange failures with the cleaning blades for the mp 54/5 series .the cleaning mechanism of the above model was very reliable up to now, more than 200k but now we started having failures with sometimes less tha 10k
the problem is that the cleaning blade fail to clean the drum resulting in lines incharge rollerand lines in the copiesand subsubsequenty drum fatique in the se lines and drum damage.
anyone have experience the same issue?

Are you using original bits? I have noticed the Corona PCDU doesn't last more than about 400-500k before it dies completely and requires replacement.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

That's bizarre! Is the toner you are using original too?
