Good afternoon. I'm looking for the part number for the top half of the case that the transfer roller sits in. This customer seems to have gotten aggressive and slammed the door shut breaking the back side nipple of the case. I tried to MacGyver it but cant get even pressure causing light copies on one half. I can't seem to locate it in the parts manual unless its in a different section that I don't have. Also part# for the transfer roller & that little plastic lock lever that holds the case in place. Hope I have explained this correctly.
