MP C401SR setting up ICE

I was asked to install the ICE trial on this copier. The problem is this copier does not have the "Cloud Apps" icon. According to the documentation, I have a "Smart Operation Panel Gen 1" and the icon should be there. The documentation also tells me I can restore this by creating a favorite that points to the ICE URL. The icon shown to access this setting is described as "Browser NX". I do not have that icon either. I only have a simple web browser icon that acts like a regular browser. If I navigate to the ICE URL there are some pop up boxes that I have no idea what (if anything) I should enter there. The document doesn't say there is a minimum firmware version. It only says all Ricoh models with this type of display are compatible with ICE. I must be missing something simple or the documentation is incorrect. Can anyone help point me in the right direction.

Looking at the install guide that came out in March the Gen 1 can only be done through the Browser NX app. Here is the URL in the guide I have.

Yes this is the documentation I have. My problem, no browser NX app on this copier.

Can it be downloaded and installed via SD card?

Could someone have installed standard firmware and not SOP firmware?
