Ditto, on the firmware. Make sure you update ALL of the firmware applicable to the machine. I've had some do odd things when only some of the firmware is updated (I.E. system, engine and finisher only).the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

Hi to all.
I try to perform the firmware updating but i cant go in.after i slot in the sd card to slot 2 the machine goes to copier window only.like the machine dont detect the sd card to perform the firmware updating.
Anybody can give me a idea?
