Hello fellas ! I recived a ricoh cw 2200 as part of a payment,i work with ricoh copier since many years ago,but the question is: How could i loggin in the sp mode? I was trying with the both loggin but i couldnt do it ,anyone can help me? Anyone knows the right access for this model? ( is the only one wide format that i have) thank you all!!

It is possible to change the SP login code. If that has been done, you need to either contact that person or use factory SP mode.Comment

Reset/ 806182/clear (holding) then while keep pressed # (special service)?
Or reset/107/clear (holding) then while keep pressed # (special seervice)?
I tryed with these but nothing happenedComment

Because you are doing it wrong.
Either Yellow 1 0 7 Red holding red until SP menu comes up or Yellow 8 0 6 1 8 2 Red holding red until SP menu comes up. If you then want to go into special SP mode hold the # while selecting and pressing the desired SP mode.Comment

Sounds like the previous "owner" may have changed the SP Mode password. There is a way to reset it in Factory SP Mode, but I'm not putting that information out in the public forum. I'd suggest opening a trouble ticket with Ricoh help desk and let them walk you through it.Comment

Normal SP access for this model is clear modes>107>hold down on clear/stop.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment
