Run non default smc data and look for fusing settings off default like reload temps, etc. Anything fuser related. Do a comparison of non default data on all 3 machines.

Are they using custom paper catalog entries for this media?

If so, check the custom settings for the slower machine, and look for a field called Process Speed Setting. If it's been set to Low, that could be the reason it's slower than the other two.
