Scanning Issues With AF3224C

Hi,

Facing Error Code SC819 (intermittent)
Have already change the controller board and the HDD

but still facing the same issue

Anybody can help

Hanwei's Scanning Issue on the 3224C

Well, the details of the problem is as follows:

Firstly, when we scan 1 or 2 pages, it is fine.
Then if we scan more, the pages came out half scan, the other half might be different from the original. Meaning each page, we have half scan as same as original, the other half scan as different.

It shows an ERROR code SC819.
We have already changed the main controller board and the HDD in it.

We would be glad to have some inputs from you all to help us resolve this

This sounds like a bad memory stick to me. I have seen these give weird results when they go bad. I dont know much about this machine but if there is a memory stick on the controller board I would change that as well.
