    Ricoh SC720-24 SC720-41 SC720-43

I have an MP7502 giving the various codes noted. It initially seemed to have been the SC720-24 accompanied with JC111 so I ordered the shift motor B7005813 and of course that didn't fix it. It since has gotten pretty consistent with the SC720-41 & 43 stapler codes accompanied with JC 110, 111, and 112. It's probably going to be harness related but which one, if any? I disconnected the stapler to see if it would still throw the shift motor error codes and it does. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks all,
    Jeff

i didnt ck the manual but in the past on the high speed b/w I had a few sorter codes caused by a bad staple cartridge..
And I would also ck the harness to copier too.

      SC720-24 Exit guide motor (D611/D612)

The status of the exit guide sensor did not change at the
prescribed time during operation of the exit guide.

 Exit guide open sensor loose, broken, defective.
       Exit guide motor defective
       Finisher main board defective

      SC720-41 Feed-Out Belt Motor Error (D611/D612)

...I'd look at your exit belt/sensor.
