Looks to me like paper is fed SEF and the side fences in the paper drawer are out of position. Possibly a broken tooth on one of them.

Judging by the line it was LEF, if that is the counter page printed look at the registration.

I see the drum line you're talking about. That far off on side registration is almost always the rear side fence being too far to the rear. That much is not adjustable through registration.

OK if i read it right.. LEF feed... 820k.. how many on ADF?

from the looks of it a copy or print?
PRINT you do have Drum issues (lines/dots)..
IF copy.. is slit glass clean(line)? spots still on drum

you still have feed/timing issues.. but lets narrow down things a bit...

either you mentioned all the page counts on drum/dev/fuser etc -or- I just missed it.. would be nice to know those stats

have PM cycles been done on time and properly?

so many questions ... so little time!

This machine is not standing on its original kabin.

And if it is, then it is positioned wrong, because the tray is not alligned with the cabin.

I think you bought this machine without knowing this problem occured, whright?

So, we don't know the history of this machine...

It could be it undergo a shock or so (during transport)?

I suspect it is the registration unit.

it could also be that there is a failure in detecting the paper format

I have found this spring detached in the direction of the indicator as seen in photo....Does anybody know where it must be placed?

I have noticed that the friction of tray 1 is broken. I have replaced it but the situation remains still the same. Is there anything else I have to check?

The strange thing is that the image on the paper is not skewed (posted phtograph).
I know this problem of broken bushins only too well, but it always came also with skewing...

So, were both springs and both bushings broke?
