2238 odd image problems

Hi guys, i have a strange problem on said machine where it does this on printing and copying, the image has a big distorted band down the page (not across it) It looks like a processing problem rather than a cleaning or charge problem, i have swapped the controller over and still get the issue (intermittent), any ideas?

P.s. I have sen the bulletin regarding a similar issue but this machine is produced after the faulty units.
