    EDP code = Model list

    Hi Guys

Long shot here. I have a list of part number with EDP codes but no model number. Is there a easy way to lookup the model number, or is there some sort of list that link EDP to Machine model?

    Thanks

Put the part number in precision roller website. It will give you the model numbers that part belongs to.
If it works, don't touch it.

EDP codes are for ordering machines, accessories and supplies. If you are with an authorized dealer, check with your order clerk.

        Hi.

I can lookup the part numbers but the description does not always say which model uses the part. Also there is a 1000+ parts. Thats why i am looking for some sort of excel/csv file with a partnumber and its model it belongs to so i can do a vlookup.

If you have the actual 8 character part number, you most likely have the product code for the model that part was first used. If the first 4 characters consist of a letter followed by 3 digits, that is the product code. Search this site for Goose's Guide. It is on a number of threads. You need the one that has an index sheet.

You might try just using Google to search the EDP codes. I just tried a couple of codes, and they popped up in the first 10 suggestions with the nomenclature and models they went on.
