    [Misc] MP C3002 Operational Panel

Hey guys, we inherited a customer with this MP C3002. Machine has no problems with regards to day to day operations. However when there is a paper jam or any of the covers are open the Operational Panel does not display the image properly. I am suspecting that this has to do with the Operational Panel being swapped from another machine and not being compatible. Any experience or solution to this issue?

    Currently running all updated firmware.

    Thanks

Probably a silly question, but you are installing the NORMAL panel firmware, and not the Smart Panel, correct?

Also, making sure in SP mode that both SP5-748-101 bit 0 and SP5-748-201 are set to a value of 0.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Yes I was installing all the normal panel sd firmware. Although the LCDC was already up to date, I decided to go ahead with it and looks like it did the trick!
