How do you access service mode on a Ricoh SP C342 printer??
Can't find it in the service manual..
Need to clear SC542 fuser error.

If it is a print only machine, i.e. no ten key panel, it usually has to do with holding 2 keys while turning on power. It used to be in manuals about 10 years ago. Check the manuals for older models.

on most printers it is hold down up and down key for 5 secs,release and hit "ok key" .

Not sure, but maybe you need Smart Organising Monitor.

Press and hold the HOME and SIMPLIFIED SCREEN buttons for over 3
seconds, and then press the USER TOOLS button.
